WHAT WE OFFER

Summit CrossFit South offers a variety of ways to find your fittest self. We have CrossFit classes, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes, and Open Gym access. For more information, refer to each program description below, send us a message, or stop by the gym and introduce yourself!

Crossfit Classes

CrossFit is defined as "constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensities.” These classes will help you increase you strength, conditioning, Olympic lifting, and gymnastics skills.

HIIT Classes

HIIT utilizes various work to rest intervals in order to allow you to keep your intensity high and challenge your body in multiple ways. In addition to strength and conditioning training, a few points of emphasis in our program are speed, agility (quick change of direction and lateral movements), balance, and core exercises (in all planes of motion). These points of emphasis cover components not commonly found in CrossFit programming yet are vital to athletic performance and overall health.

*This program does not utilize barbells or complex gymnastics movements.

Open Gym

Our 9,000 sq ft facility and abundance of equipment allows plenty of space for Open Gym style workouts. Active members are eligible to utilize the gym any time between 5am and 9pm (reach out to staff for questions). Drop-ins and Free Trials are able to utilize Open Gym ONLY during class times with a staff member present.
